Job description

Have you always wondered how we create unique white label ticketing shops for the most significant sports, music, theatre, culture or entertainment events? Well, read further because we're on the lookout for an experienced UX Designer in Amsterdam.

We're See Tickets, the European leader in ticketing! With a healthy dose of enthusiasm and experience, we, with 450 colleagues working from 9 different countries, strive towards a mission. The mission is to create the ultimate fan experience for our customers, whether they are fans of sports, music, theatre, culture or entertainment!

Our state of the art ticketing solution makes millions of fans across the globe excited to purchase their tickets for their favourite events.

You'll be our UX expert and will be working closely with our product managers, front end engineers, the BNL commercial team, other team members across our offices in The Netherlands and United Kingdom, and some of our biggest clients. As our UX Designer, you'll contribute to our global technology and focus on creating great user experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the creative force that determines how our shop, the other front-end apps, and our back-office looks and feels;
  • Transform product requirements together with the branding of our clients into designs that our clients instantly love and that tech can build quickly;
  • Creating the interaction design, visual designs, and graphical assets using the tools of your own choice;
  • Research what parts of our general product require the most enhancement in UX design and propose solutions to improve this experience.

  • 3+ years working experience as a UX designer, creating interaction & visual designs;

  • You are an authority on the development of compelling user experiences;

  • Excellent communications skills in English from listening to verbalising and articulating your design decisions;

  • Ability to co-create with colleagues and clients and to build upon an existing solution;

  • Experience in the e-commerce industry;

  • The hardware of your choice, with which you work most pleasantly;

  • Working at home, or our office in the heart of Amsterdam & Groningen;

  • Monthly internal events and a large company party at least twice a year;

  • The possibility to visit events outside working hours.

See you soon!
