Our office sits in the heart of Groningen, where you will be able to fully cooperate in the department. This role includes daily facility work, such as office maintenance, IT-related tasks, sorting mail, and event management. You will also provide everything employees need for the day to day job; laptops, cables & accessories. Since the tasks vary from day to day, no day will be the same! In this role, you will learn to work accurately and in a structured way while also learning more about tasks related to general office IT. Of course, you also get the opportunity to work on your school assignments.

Your responsibilities:

  • Mainly responsible for, office, waste, travel & mail management;

  • Provide everything for the day to day job;

  • Arranging the onboarding & offboarding experience;

  • Organising internal events;

  • Keep in contact with various stakeholders, such as suppliers;

  • The day-to-day running of a facilities department and office IT coordination.



  • You are currently working on an MBO or HBO education in the direction of Facility Management;

  • You have an affinity with computers;

  • You are looking for an internship for 32 to 40 hours a week from January/February 2023;

  • You live in or around Groningen, or are willing to travel;

  • You are social and like to make new connections;

  • You are ambitious, bursting with energy and have a good dose of passion for our industry.
