As one of the world's largest ticketing companies, we serve over a thousand clients from festivals to performance venues, sporting events and monuments, including Glastonbury Festival, Tomorrowland and Amsterdam Dance Event. Our state of the art ticketing solution makes millions of fans across the globe excited to purchase their tickets for their favourite events.

You'll be working closely with the Manager of People & Culture on enhancing the employee experience in Groningen. As our People & Talent Associate, you'll be assisting our People & Talent Coordinator with day-to-day operations and our efforts to attract top talent to our organisation. Now we hear you thinking, "how can I succeed in this role?" well, you'll be rocking it when:

  • You ace the people operations process from drafting up employment letters, providing unique onboarding experiences and executing daily administration;
  • You answer incoming first-line questions in our inbox with the assistance of the People & Culture Coordinator;
  • See-ers know to find you in our Groningen office, and you're genuinely a culture ambassador;
  • You write creative and engaging content for our job descriptions and monthly internal newsletter (you know how to get talent excited about working for us).


We can imagine that you might not tick all the boxes or experiences. No worries, we got you covered because learning new things never gets old. We will guide you through:

  • Labour law and employment conditions within an international organisation;
  • The employee journey, from recruitment to offboarding, we'll make it work together.

This is what we're looking for:

  • You're eager to learn all the ins- and outs about the people & talent operation;
  • You live in or around the Groningen;
  • You are available for 32 to 40 hours a week;
  • Your proficiency in the English language in word and writing is, if you say so yourself, excellent (Dutch is pre);
  • You like to the deep dive into the field of labour legislation and regulations and to be up-to-date on the latest people trends;
  • You are proactive, like to think of solutions and know a thing or two about setting priorities;
  • You are familiar with using digital/online applications such as Google Workplace, HRIS, Zoho and an ATS.
