You'll be reporting directly to the Manager of People & Culture and work closely with the three other team members across our offices in Groningen and Amsterdam. As our People & Talent Support, you'll focus on the administrative side of the recruitment cycle and daily people operation. You will be part of creating, developing and maintaining an A-class employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding.
You'll be working on the operational process from drafting offer letters, employment extensions, sickness reporting etc.
You'll assist in the onboarding and offboarding experience of employees from the first day to their last day;
You'll provide answers to incoming general questions in the email inbox, first line "support" in recruitment activities (job descriptions, phone screening etc.);
You'll be an essential part of the department that supports the people's operations in the Benelux.
You have 0 to 1-year of experience in a similar role;
You live in or around the Randstad;
You are available for 32 or 40 hours a week;
Your proficiency in the Dutch and English language in word and writing is, if you say so yourself, excellent;
You have basic knowledge in the field of H.R. legislation and regulations, and you like to be up-to-date on the latest people trends & developments;
You are proactive, like to think of solutions and know where the priorities lie;
You know your way around applications such as Google Workplace, BambooHR, Zoho and Recruitee;
You like to be people-focused, but you also know how to consider business needs.
