The first festivals were a great success, could it be that we already saw you at Awakenings festival or at the Gashouder? We also can’t get enough of the butterflies you experience at a festival, and of course, it all starts with a ticket. Because we are expanding our team in Groningen, we’re looking for motivated German speaking agents who want to take our service to the next level for the best Fan experience!
As a Fan Service Agent
You love talking to people and solving problems;
You will provide a wide range of solutions to fans via email, chat, social media and different (online) communication channels;
You’re always looking for ways to optimize the fan’s experience ;
You work with your team and the rest of the company to find the answer to any question.
What are you going to learn?
Communicate with fans of different events, from hardstyle to classic music;
Much, much more about everything that goes on behind the scenes of the world’s most interesting events!
You’re available for a minimum of 24 hours a week and are flexible from Monday until Saturday between 9:00 (Saturday 10:00) and 19:00h.
You have a high fluency, both written and spoken in German and English.
You know your ways with tools like G Suite, Excel and even a bit of Zendesk (if not, we'll teach you!).
You’re a team player, like to think in solutions and know how to prioritise.
Last but not least, you're that person who's always in for visiting events in their spare time!
