To strengthen our team in Amsterdam or Groningen we’re looking for our next full-time DevOps Engineer - are you up for the challenge? As an engineer, you’ll be working on:

  • Building and maintaining server infrastructures in our two data centres;
  • Defining a data centre hardware upgrade roadmap;
  • Defining a solid security strategy (threat analysis, automated scanning);
  • Scripting and automation using Python;

Requirements

  • Fluent in English;

  • Bachelor degree (preferably in Computer science or related fields);

  • Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role;

  • Knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualisation using KVM and extensive knowledge of Linux;

  • Knowledge of security topics including threat analysis, security strategy, security scanning - setup and analysis of results;

  • Networking and connectivity, BGP, LACP;

  • Experience with scripting and automation using Python;
