To strengthen our team in Amsterdam/Groningen we’re looking for our next full-time DevOps Engineer. Are you up for the challenge? Your contribution will consist of:

  • Building and maintaining server infrastructures in our two data centres;
  • Establishing a data centre hardware upgrade roadmap to ensure consistent performance and high availability of our business-critical systems;
  • Defining a solid security strategy to ensure the safety and security of our software (threat analysis, automated scanning);
  • Here we are against manual or repetitive tasks, therefore we automate just about everything which deserves to be automated with Python.

Requirements

  • You’re ready to get things done and have 3-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer;

  • You’re knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualisation in KVM and Linux are extensive;

  • You’re the go-to person for security topics including threat analysis, security strategy, scanning - setup and analysis of results;

  • You’re on top of networking and connectivity, BGP, LACP;

  • You’re no stranger to scripting and automation in Python.
