Customer Service Agent (NL)

See Tickets is currently looking for ambitious and motivated Customer Service Agents on call who speak and write fluently in Dutch and English. Do you have customer service experience and do you live in Groningen? Please read further!

As a Customer Service Agent at See Tickets, you will work in a dynamic team in Groningen. You will be responsible for answering all sort of questions from customers by phone, mail, social media and other online channels. In addition, you will complete phone orders, resolve payment issues and take other ticketing-related tasks.

We are looking for team players who are focussed on working properly, timely and accurately while processing incoming calls or messages through different channels. You will be working in a professional team with agents, Coördinators and a Manager. Therefore, we expect that you are able to maintain the team spirit. You will report directly to the manager of Customer Service.


  • You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English.

  • You're flexible and available to work between 09:00 - 17:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 - 17:00. (Hours might differ during events or peak sales, such as working in the evenings or on Sundays)

  • You are living in- or around Groningen.

  • You have an affinity with the events industry.

  • You are a multi-task talent, organised and feel responsible for your work.

  • You have attention to details and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.

  • You have a proactive attitude, are eager to learn and are fun to hang around with.
