The mission is to create the ultimate fan experience for our customers, whether they are fans of sports, music, theatre, culture or entertainment!

As one of the world’s largest ticketing companies, we serve over a thousand clients from festivals to performance venues, sporting events and monuments, including Glastonbury Festival, Tomorrowland and Amsterdam Dance Event. Our state of the art ticketing solution makes millions of fans across the globe excited to purchase their tickets for their favourite events.

The events are dropping in again, and that’s noticeable in the Customer Service department. To expand the current team, we are looking for enthusiastic German-speaking agents who go the extra mile to provide an excellent fan experience. Of course, you’re not alone in this because, together with the international team of agents, you will work from our vibrant office in the heart of Amsterdam.

Responsibilities Customer Service Agent

  • You are responsible for delivering the best and state of the art fan-brand experience; in other words, no question is too crazy for you!

  • You’ll be assisting fans over the phone, e-mail, social media and all other communication channels.

  • You’ll work with our Paylogic ticketing platform and will take care of solving payment and/or ticket problems.

  • You report any hick-ups or improvements to the Customer Service Coordinator.


  • Your communication skills in German and English are, if you say so yourself, excellent!

  • You live in the Amsterdam area.

  • You have flexible availability for a minimum of 32 hours per week. (Working hours vary between 08:30 - 17:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 - 17:00)

  • You are a real multi-task hero, and you have a great sense of responsibility.

  • It’s all in the details, accurate, and you can also easily prioritise tasks.

  • Of course, you like to visit a festival, concert or event in your spare time.
