Our Customer Service team in Groningen is looking for their next go-to Customer Service Agent. You’ll be joining our international team of agents, who are happy to go the extra mile in delivering an exceptional fan experience. Your activities will include:

  • You're here to provide an insane and unique fan-brand experience!

  • You will provide solutions to fans via email, social media and different (online) communication channels.

  • You’re going to Inform and provide solutions to our fans about their payment problems.

Requirements

  • You’re currently living and studying in the area of Groningen.

  • You’re looking for a part-time (student)job with a minimum availability of 8 hours per week.

  • You have a high fluency, both written and spoken in French and English.

  • You know your ways with tools like G Suite, Excel and even a bit of Zendesk (if not, we'll teach you!).

  • You’re a team player, like to think in solutions and know-how to prioritise.

  • Oh yeah, and in your free time you of course like to visit events.
