Working as a Client Success Executive
As a Client Success Executive, you will work in a young team at our brand new office near Antwerp Central Station. Our Belgium team consists of 7 colleagues who are committed to delivering success for our customers. You will be adding tickets and events into our system. Additionally, you will also be in daily contact with (key) accounts within the Benelux to create options in our system as efficiently and effectively as possible for the customer.
You will also:
Work closely with the Client Success Manager to provide existing (key) accounts with a structural and proactive service;
Guarantee long-term collaborations, relationships and the supervision and implementation of contract management;
See the potential of your Clients and realise continuous growth by providing tailor-made advice and exploiting commercial opportunities;
Prepare a monthly up-to-date forecast.
You live near Antwerp or can easily commute;
You have at least 1 year of work experience in a similar role;
Your command of the French and English language in both word and writing is, if you say so yourself, excellent, Dutch is a nice to have;
You are precise, think in solutions and know how to set priorities;
You are a team player, ambitious and positivity are your middle name;
You are familiar with software applications such as G Suite, Excel, Zoho and online (marketing) tools;
Last but not least: You are a top-notch ping pong player.
